AAC ARLINGTON SOBER LIVING

Recently completed, this project consists of seven refurbished three-story buildings of a thirty-five year old hotel.

ProjX was asked to provide a completely new exterior look and modify all interior spaces to house a Sober Living Hotel, the first of its kind in the United States.

​

The hotel has a new commercial kitchen and dining area, a large business office with meeting rooms, fitness centers and laundry facility.  The original hotel was not configured with these amenities.

This facility is already at 60% occupancy.
