Lawton, OK ASC

This project consists of a freestanding surgery center, built to relieve pressure on the surgical suite of the hospital and to allow direct parking and access without having to enter the hospital proper.

It has two full operating theaters and a complete endoscopic procedure room.  The sterile corridor also directly accesses the decontamination and instrument make-up area.

Due to budget constraints the exterior skin of the building was value-engineered without delaying the scheduled opening date for the facility.

This facility was built within nine months and licensed immediately for use.  ProjX worked closely with and directly interfaced with the Oklahoma Department of Health to expedite the project as the capacities within the hospital were pressing the urgent need for the facility.
