Northglenn ASC

This project involved the renovation of an existing 8,000-square-foot ambulatory surgery center located on the second floor of a medical office building. The work focused on updating the facility to meet current AAAHC guidelines and applicable codes, including electrical, mechanical, limited plumbing, and interior finish upgrades. The renovation was carefully planned within the constraints of the existing building while maintaining the functionality of the ASC environment.
