Northpoint Surgery Center

This 13,645-square-foot ambulatory surgery center renovation was developed to prepare an existing facility for a new operator and updated licensure. Originally built in 1996, the center required strategic upgrades to meet current code and life-safety requirements while also enhancing its clinical capabilities. The project included 4 existing operating rooms, a procedure room, a pre-op and PACU area, SPD and associated clinical and staff support spaces. This project upgraded all existing rooms to current code compliance and also added a new procedure room and scope processing room, an additional pre-op area, two private patient recovery suites, and comprehensive interior upgrades including new casework, plumbing fixtures, wallcoverings, tile, and flooring. The result is a refreshed, modernized facility designed to support current operational needs while making efficient use of the existing building.
