This 18,000-square-foot freestanding pediatric clinic was designed to support a large primary care practice in a welcoming, highly organized environment. The facility includes 40 exam rooms arranged in eight five-room pods, two centrally located nurse stations with clerestory windows, eight physician offices, a laboratory, reception and support spaces, and a staff break room. A two-story waiting area with abundant natural light creates a bright, inviting arrival experience, while an outdoor staff lounge and dedicated patient and staff parking complete the campus.
