This 17,497-square-foot tenant improvement was designed to support a comprehensive urology practice within an existing leased space. The clinic includes 23 examination rooms arranged in "pods", a dedicated urodynamics (UDS) room, and two ultrasound rooms, creating a highly functional environment for both routine patient care and specialized diagnostic services. The layout was planned to support efficient patient flow, staff operations, and the diverse clinical needs of the practice.
