This renovation refreshed key areas of an existing three-story student center, including the kitchen, food preparation, serving, dining, and gathering spaces. The project also introduced new exterior windows, an accessible ramp and sidewalk improvements, HVAC relocations, and a new outdoor dining plaza. The work was carefully coordinated within the existing building to improve functionality, accessibility, and the overall student experience while preserving the facility’s existing life-safety systems and structure.
