Oxford Recovery Ranch
Master Plan and Architecture for 100 acre, multi-building rehab campus.
ProjX completed a Master Plan for a 100-acre campus and subsequently designed infrastructure and facilities for a multi-site rehabilitation complex. The project involved complete development of infrastructure for buildout and renovation. From the lake on site, we provided a fire pump for all campus fire hydrants and sprinkler systems. New domestic water service was required due to lack of water pressure. New roadway entrances and parking were required.
A new, freestanding two-story Detoxification Building was developed with a complete induction center and a compliant 210-person FEMA tornado evacuation shelter which doubled as a large meeting room. The resident
cabins located throughout the site were designed to be ADA compliant and housed six bedrooms each with bathroom. The central dietary kitchen and dining was completely renovated and upgraded. The facility housing the kitchen, dining and the Detox units were all placed on generator power back-up. Other site elements were added
such as a pavilion, horse barn to support equine therapy and a workout facility.
