Clementine St Louis

The project included interior renovation of an existing single-family residence to provide a residential treatment program for adults with eating disorders. The renovation included updating an existing bedroom & bathroom into an accessible bedroom & bathroom, a new standard bedroom/bathroom and creating new smaller offices in existing office space. A new emergency generator was added to supplement existing electrical services. The existing sprinkler system was expanded to cover the office area. A new fire alarm system was added.
