Monte Nido Portland

The renovation to the existing 3-story building included updating an existing bedroom & bathroom into an accessible bedroom & bathroom, adding a new standard bedroom/bathroom, creating new smaller offices in existing office space, renovating existing non-accessible bathrooms on the main and lower floors to accessible bathrooms, and adding an elevator for accessible access to bedrooms and program spaces. A new emergency generator was added to supplement existing electrical services.
