Life Coordinated Senior Care

The project is a renovation in an existing 2-story bank building of approximately 17,832 s.f. for a new "PACE" program, which is a government program that provides comprehensive medical and social services to elderly people living in the community. The renovation entailed adding an A.D.A. toilet to the waiting area, reworking the teller line to a "coffee" bar area, renovating participant toilets in the activity area, adding a beauty room for styling hair, etc, adding a spa including a shower/bathing area, and renovating the area over the teller drive-through to a doctor's office suite.
