Mt Hope Dialysis

This 9,900-square-foot tenant renovation transformed a portion of an existing building into a new outpatient dialysis clinic, with an additional 300 square feet dedicated to electrical and IT support. The facility includes 17 treatment stations and one isolation room, along with direct exterior access, an interior stretcher entrance, and a new delivery entrance. The project required a complete interior build-out while preserving the existing tenant separation walls.
