West Ashley Dialysis

This tenant improvement transformed an existing shell space into a new outpatient dialysis suite with 22 patient treatment stations, including two private treatment rooms. Exterior improvements included a new covered patient drop-off, sidewalk upgrades, and revised parking striping. The design works within the existing building framework while creating a functional, efficient environment tailored to dialysis care.
