TEAM LEADER/MANAGING ARCHITECT
The primary purpose of this position is to effectively manage multiple clients with multiple architectural projects and multiple deadlines from beginning to end, motivating team members to produce quality work on time and within budget. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships to encourage repeat or referral business. The Team Leader is also responsible for representing and communicating our business philosophy, methodology, and capabilities to potential clients and existing clients, as well as throughout the team. Must hold licenses in multiple states.
PROJECT ARCHITECT
The primary purpose of this position is to manage assigned Architectural projects through preliminary design, construction document production, bidding and construction to ensure that the client’s goals are satisfied on time and within budget. Serves as primary contact for Owner and assignments on project to ensure clear and concise information flow. Must be licensed in at least one U.S. state.
PROJECT COORDINATOR
The primary purpose of this position is to create architectural drawings and specifications under the oversight of a Project Manager or Project Architect. Also responsible for coordinating with consultants and owners to maintain and revise construction documents from pre-design through construction administration, keeping within the timeframe and budget given, while providing excellent customer service to the client.

The primary purpose of this job is to be mentored in a professional environment. Interns will be included in design and project management for our core clients, under the supervision of an Architect, Project Manager or Project Coordinator.
