DCI MT. HOPE

This project involved the renovation of a 9,900-square-foot tenant space to create a state-of-the-art dialysis clinic within an existing building. Additionally, a 300-square-foot area was designated for electrical and IT functions, separated by a firewall for safety and efficiency.

The interior was completely gutted and reconfigured to accommodate seventeen treatment stations and a private treatment room. A new delivery entrance was also constructed to streamline operations.

The clinic’s layout was thoughtfully designed to ensure seamless patient flow, particularly for Home Training, and has been recognized as the most aesthetically pleasing dialysis clinic in the region.
